You are ready to explore practices that can become part of everyday life, with guidance and room to take your time.

Breathwork, guided movement, or HRV practice, followed by a chef-prepared breakfast.
Educational workshops explore stress, neuroception, and the connection between the nervous system and daily habits.
Guided sessions may include TRE, neurofeedback, myofascial release, or other program modalities. Time between sessions belongs to you.
Share dinner, reflect on what you noticed, and make space for rest.
Participation and suitability are discussed with the team. Not every practice is appropriate for every guest.
