Mission: Dr. Aaron helps burnt-out professionals build safety and freedom from the inside out by tapping into the innate intelligence of their bodies and minds, so they can live in alignment with their truth.
Philosophy & Approach
Whether he’s working as a doctor, coach, or facilitator, Dr. Aaron isn’t interested in quick fixes or chasing symptoms. His focus is connection: mind with body, daily actions with personal truth, and the whole person with their true nature and the natural world. When connection becomes the goal, self-healing follows. From there, people can shift out of survival mode and into the higher-brain space of "I choose to," "I wish to," and "I love to," where an aligned life can be designed.
He finds the greatest reward in moments when people realize they are more than their old programming, current stress, or pain. Most of all, he loves seeing clients feel that a new future is real and step into it as their most connected selves.
- As an integrative chiropractor, he listens to what the body is ready to reveal and release. Using functional neurology and muscle reflex testing, he identifies the physical and emotional tension a person carries, helps transform it, and clears interference so a person’s inner wisdom can lead.
- As a coach, he helps clients define a clear vision, align their actions with their values, and train their nervous system to feel at home with that vision so they can actually achieve it.
- As a facilitator, he teaches people about the remarkable capacity of their own body, mind, and nervous system through hands-on, experiential learning: breathwork, ice baths, group co-regulation, and other shared practices.
Background & Experience
For more than two decades, Dr. Aaron has helped tens of thousands of people shift their state and regulate their nervous systems in service of a bigger vision for their lives. His clients have ranged from children with ADHD and on the autism spectrum, to private-practice patients with a wide range of concerns, to high-achieving professionals seeking renewed purpose through group retreats and one-on-one coaching.
A student of health and human behavior since the 1990s, he developed an integrative method addressing stress and the mind-body connection, helping clients move, think, and feel better. His approach combines health psychology and behavior change, integrative chiropractic, applied kinesiology, and neuro-emotional work, rooted in a family upbringing centered on holistic well-being and a strong commitment to education and empowerment.
He earned a university degree in health psychology and behavioral change, then completed a five-year chiropractic program to become a registered primary health care practitioner in New Zealand and Australia. He went on to certify in professional applied kinesiology and trained under his father, a respected integrative natural health practitioner of more than 35 years, gaining a strong foundation in nutrition, functional pathology testing, and manual muscle testing.
His work with emotions and the mind is further informed by NeuroEmotional Technique, the Demartini Method, and Dr. Joe Dispenza’s transformational mindfulness protocol.
In 2017, after volunteering in relief efforts following the Mexico City earthquake, Dr. Aaron settled in Sayulita, Mexico, and opened a professional community chiropractic practice. After caring for thousands of locals, expats, and visitors, he brought on Dr. Abel, a Mexican chiropractor who apprenticed under him and now sees community patients for assessment and adjustments. Dr. Aaron reserves his private practice for clients committed to deeper work, combining chiropractic, nervous system regulation, and empowerment coaching.
Since 2021, much of his time has been devoted to teaching and leading body-mind reset retreats focused on nervous system regulation and stress management through Rē Precision Health, which offers science-based 5- and 10-day healing experiences in Mexico and Portugal. He also leads virtual and in-person workshops and accountability groups in nervous system regulation, anatomy, breathwork, and meditation.
Giving back matters to him. Several times a year, he volunteers chiropractic care for local community members in need and for children and families through Circo de los Niños, Entreamigos, and Casa Clu in Mexico.
